Zagat Talks to NLR

Sarah Freeman of Zagat reached out to NLR to talk about the worms and how they can recycle coffee grounds and other organic waste. The article, How Worms are Recycling Chicago's Coffee Grounds, was publishing today, February 25, 2014. 

"In a sense, the greatest nutritional value of coffee is wasted unless recycled. All humans are really after is the oils within the bean, and all the rest is thrown away," Hubbard said. "We can recapture that nutritional value, representing 98% mass, converting it into useful fertilizers and soils."
